Built with compliance in mind

  • Encryption in transit and at rest. All call audio, transcripts, and patient data are encrypted. No patient data is retained in LLM providers beyond the in-call context window.
  • Full audit trail. Every patient interaction — tool calls, transfers, escalations, and errors — is logged with timestamps, inputs, and outcomes. Reviewable by practice staff.
  • Human in the loop. The AI never makes clinical judgments. Any clinical question, distress signal, or patient request for a human triggers an immediate transfer to staff.
